Yes. We come out and walk the property to understand your vision, your budget, and the site itself. Then we put together a fair proposal with everything laid out for you, no obligation and no pressure. If it's a fit, great. If not, no hard feelings.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Kings Excavation & Construction is fully licensed and insured, and we're happy to provide documentation before any work begins. License #1129926.
How much does a project cost?
Every site is different. Cost depends on scope, access, soil and rock conditions, materials, and how much earth has to move. That's why we walk the site first and quote it honestly, instead of throwing out a ballpark that changes later.
How long will the work take?
It depends on the scope. Smaller jobs can wrap within a few days, while larger site packages, walls, and foundations take longer. We focus on doing it right rather than rushing, and we keep you informed the whole way. You'll get a rough timeline up front, before we ever break ground, so you always know what to expect.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
For work that requires them, we help coordinate the permits and inspections and build to code so your project passes cleanly. We'll flag what's needed when we walk the site.
Do you use your own crew or subcontractors?
Our team is in house. Our own equipment and crew handle the core excavation and construction work, so quality and scheduling stay in our hands from first cut to final grade.
